Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all creatives, landing pages, and offers comply with applicable laws and platform policies. Misleading content, prohibited verticals, malicious code, or fraudulent activity are strictly forbidden. Minnesotamonster reserves the right to suspend or terminate campaigns that violate these standards.

Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers must provide legitimate traffic sources and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations. Artificial traffic generation, incentivized abuse, bot activity, or traffic manipulation is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity may result in payment adjustments, account suspension, or termination.

Payments & Billing

Advertisers agree to fund accounts in advance unless otherwise agreed. Publishers are paid according to agreed monetization models and payout schedules once minimum thresholds are reached. Minnesotamonster reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in cases of invalid traffic or policy violations.

Traffic Quality & Fraud Monitoring

We actively monitor traffic using automated detection systems and manual reviews. If fraudulent, low-quality, or non-compliant traffic is identified, we may pause campaigns, block sources, or recalculate earnings. Maintaining a secure and transparent marketplace is a priority for all participants.

Limitation of Liability

Minnesotamonster provides its services on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from platform use. Users agree that participation in the platform is at their own discretion and risk.
